"Group Tickets" mean 10 or more tickets purchased at the same time. Each year, this event sells out
well in advance of New Years Eve. PLEASE, do not think that you can wait until November or December
to purchase tickets. If you do, there is a good chance you will not get them AT ALL! |

Important Ticket Information
The age REQUIREMENT for ALL NYEphilly.com events is 21 and over ONLY. You MUST bring photo
identification to the event. If you forget identification, you will not be admitted in and
you will NOT be issued a refund.
Please note that there is a $25 per ticket refund fee. There will be NO REFUNDS
after 12/14 - FOR ANY REASON. If you would like us to refund your tickets before
this date, please contact us.
Tickets can be transferred to another person free of charge - you do not need to
let us know if you give your ticket to someone else. There is a $4.00-$5.00 ticket
convenience & handling fee per ticket ordered. Look at it is this way, it is
still cheaper than the $10-15+/ticket that ticketmaster and other ticket sellers charge
for tickets of this price!
Group Tickets If you would like to buy a group of 20 or more
tickets via check, please contact us.
We will waive the per-ticket handling & convenience charge. DO NOT send in a
check without contacting us first. Your check will be returned to you. If we setup a check payment
directly with you, you have 3 days from the date of your order for us to receive your check.
If we have not received your check by then, your order will be discarded and you will have
to re-order at the current available price range. Once you have purchased group tickets,
you CANNOT add anyone else to that order at a later date. No Exceptions. If you
feel that you may have other friends that would like to go, buy tickets for them up front
to avoid having to pay more money at a later date - you can always transfer them to
someone else at no additional charge.
DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKET(S)! They will NOT be re-issued
if you do. Again this year, ALL TICKETS bought on this website will be shipped via UPS,
the official shipping provider for NYEphilly.com. Once your tickets are confirmed
as delivered to the address that you order with, we are not responsible for lost
or stolen tickets. A signature will be required for delivery. Please make sure
that you put a valid address that you can recieve your tickets at between the dates
of November 15th and December 31st as tickets delivered to other addresses will be
assumed delivered and you have them in your possession. Tickets will start to
be shipped on or around December 1st, 2008.
Again, this year there are NO TICKET PICKUP LOCATIONS. We are doing this to assure
that EVERYONE gets their tickets on time and without issue, before the event to
avoid any long will-call lines at the door. And, with the price of gas, who needs
to drive any more than we already have to, right? Shipping is only $7.50/order -
the more tickets you buy at once, the less the shipping is per ticket!
Your ticket packet w/ tickets, special discounted services, and reunion party information
will be shipped starting in early December - no matter when you buy your tickets. They will be
fully traceable by you and an automatic email will be generated with tracking information
once they are shipped. PLEASE, do not contact us before 12/10 about your tickets.
Rest assured, they are on their way and we will let you know when they are!!!
In the event of inclement weather, these parties will STILL GO ON. Unless the party is
cancelled due a state of emergency that closes the Constitution Center and Crystal Tea Room,
these parties will NOT be cancelled. No refunds will be honored if you are not able
to attend.
